Privacy Policy

Last updated: 11 September 2026

This policy explains what personal data Antefluence (“we”, “us”) collects through this website, why we collect it and how you can control it.

1. What we collect

  • Contact form data: your name, business email, message and the language you used.
  • Language preference: saved in your browser (localStorage) so the site opens in your language next time.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser and device details that our hosting and font providers receive automatically when the page loads.

2. Why we use it

  • To reply to your request and discuss a possible collaboration.
  • To keep the website working, secure and in your language.
  • To meet our legal obligations.

3. Legal basis

We process data with your consent (when you send the form), on the basis of our legitimate interest in running and protecting the website, and - where it applies - to take steps before entering into a contract with you.

4. Third parties

The site is hosted on GitHub Pages and uses Google Fonts. These providers may process technical data such as your IP address under their own privacy policies. We do not sell personal data and do not use advertising trackers on this site.

5. How long we keep it

Messages from the contact form are kept as long as needed to handle your request and any collaboration that follows, and are then deleted. Your language preference stays in your browser until you clear it.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, or withdraw your consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

7. Age

This website is intended for business audiences and people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

8. Contact

For privacy questions, write to us through the contact form. A dedicated privacy email will be added here.
